In my 20+ years supporting women (and a few good men!) in business, I’ve discovered a couple of universal truths.
- Most people know what activities are required to start and grow a business. They just don’t know how to implement these activities consistently into their already-busy lives.
- When things are complicated, people check out. By developing and implementing simple processes that are easy to duplicate, success grows exponentially.

I’m a strategist who helps clients to take control of their businesses by taking control of their two C’s: their calendars and their communication skills. I train and coach them to implement my tried-and-true systems to simplify their lives, and streamline their growth. Together, we work to get rid of the background noise and focus like a laser beam on relationship-building, income-generating activities.
My goals are simple: Equip clients with the simple tools they need for success, train them to use these tools effectively, and coach them for consistent, sustainable growth.
